Paul Gray

Paul Gray is one of our countries most experienced teambuilding facilitators and has over 20 years experience in the driver training industry on and off road. He has extensive experience with all the major motor manufacturers locally and abroad and regularly completes projects thgroughout Africa. Paul is more than capable of setting up and building 4x4 tracks, adventure trails and events. We are proud to have Paul in our team as he is rated as one of SA's top and most experienced driving instructers.

Maurice Lancaster

Maurice has been working in the field of human resources, facilitating, training, counselling and people development for many years, both nationally and internationally.   

Maurice has been working in the field of human resources, facilitating, training, counselling and people development for many years, both nationally and internationally.   

Maurice has a psychology and social work background, which includes 5 years of clinical experience. This experience covered counselling, group therapy, court work as well as being part of a medical multi-disciplinary team at a top hospital. 

Maurice is actively involved in consulting, training, facilitation and performance coaching in a variety of companies, across the spectrum of industries in Europe and Africa thus expanding his experience and exposure.

Maurice’s passion lies in developing people and organisations to create an environment that promotes and sustains growth, offering professional quality products and services.

Maurice represents the Cape Town arm of Dyad Training and Development.

Lindy McClymont

Lindy McClymont, managing owner of DYAD, has vast corporate experience in the travel and tourism industry. Having spent 10 years in years in corporate and the last 10 years in the training and development arena, Lindy is skilled to manage and uplift people.

Her ability to connect with people through her passionate and interactive approach lends to the training and facilitation of various challenges in the workplace. She has a "calling" for developing people and working with others to the benefit of themselves and the organisation. Lindy is a well-recognised speaker and continues to enjoy a repeat customer base. 

The industry experience in her portfolio includes: government departments, mining, franchised business and corporate companies.

In the DYAD group, Lindy's focus lies primarily in training, speaking and conference facilitation.

Tony Matos

With Tony’s vast experience in the corporate sector and working with diverse teams in Africa, he is able to facilitate with passion combined with experience. Tony has a participative style and is recognised in leading and developing the youth. His wide range of interventions and target audiences gives a definite edge in the training arena. Tony’s 15 years experience in African markets has extended his methodologies and experience. Corporate experience has primarily been focussed in the automotive industry, but has extended to the mining and banking sectors.

Mariette Dykstra

Mariette spent 5 years in the USA at Camp Cheerio running outdoor experiential camps. Her role of camp and programme director served her well in the development of both young and old. Her role at Dyad, as senior outdoor facilitator, and various related degrees and diplomas, combines well in the coprporate market. Mariette is highly skilled in outdoor experiential facilitation and her vast experience both locally and abroad allows her to translate learning into experience through analysis of the group behaviour. Mariette is able to effectively highlight various competencies, strengths and development areas through various outdoor activities and tasks. Mariette has worked with diverse groups in all sectors from graduates to experienced senior executives.

Heather Liebenberg

Heather is the "glue" that keeps it all together. Serving as office manager, Heather is a well-organised and detailed asset to our team. Heather's responsibilities include: client liaison, training scheduling and finance. Heather's corporate experience in large organisations and open approach adds to her wonderful customer interface.
